What I learned on Strategy & Art Direction | Javi, MadeBrave Intern
Javi, MadeBrave Intern
Here are some of the interesting insights, which I learned as an UNLOCKED intern at MadeBrave:
Strategy ♟
The essence of a strategy is to choose what not to do.
The core of the strategy is the data from our research or the one provided by a client. It is critical, but also, experiences, interviews, and emotions always play a big part in forming a solid strategy.
Human truths are as important as cold statistics
Strategy is the clarity of thoughts; if something is unclear, it means that the strategy is incomplete or the interpretation of the data is wrong.
With all the data collected, we can craft strategies to tackle a project from different angles and decide the one with the most potential.
Key questions to summarise a strategy:
- Who is our target?
- How are they feeling?
- What is the functional benefit?
- What is the reason to believe?
- How do we want the target to feel?
